Booking Dashboard
With the aid of a date range, you can filter the data to be displayed between the dates. Once the date range has been selected, the following information will be visible to you:
- Total Number of appointments
- Total Number of approved appointments
- Total number of appointments pending
- Total revenue generated
- Total number of Customers
- Total number of Staff Members
Aside from that, a graph depiction of the technical analysis for “Appointments, Revenue, and the Customer” will be visible to you.
Calendar View
The Calendar page, which displays a calendar with all of the booked appointments in a calendar format, is an easy-to-use scheduler.
Aside from that, you may filter Services, Customers, and Appointment Status to easily locate and manage all the data.
Service Management
You may view all the information you need regarding services on this page. You may filter services using the search box by entering the name of the service or by choosing a category from the Categories menu.
Categories will assist in organizing the services according to their features. In the Manage Service area, the “Manage Category” button section will be shown in the upper right corner.
Staff Management
You may view all the information you need to know about the staff members on this page. By typing a staff member’s name into the search field, you may narrow down and look up any of the members. A staff member’s allotted number of services is seen. Aside from that, you may export the current staff members and add new ones.
In addition, this page allows you to manage the staff member list. The options that appear when you hover over a specific employee are as follows:
- Activate / Deactivate
- Edit
- Shift Management
- Delete
Reports
The appointment will be displayed to you as a bar diagram. By choosing either “Service” or “Member” from the dropdown menus, you may refine the reports. In order to examine the amount of records between two specific days, you may also adjust the date range while viewing the reports.
Revenue Report:
This part displays the revenue produced data as a “Line Chart.” A dropdown menu above the chart allows you to filter the revenue data by various payment channels. Additionally, the income produced calculation between certain date ranges is shown.
In addition, there is a “Quick Start” section that provides you with access to the income report’s statistics through the following options:
- Paid
- Pending
- Refunded
- Partially Paid
Additionally, you have access to the Revenue Summary, which includes information on the date of payment, the customer’s name, the staff member assigned to the job, the service chosen, the payment method, the payment status, and the amount.
